  • 专家简介

杨龙,教授,山东农业大学烟草系主任,植保学院教授委员会委员,烟草硕士研究生导师组组长。山东省现代农业产业技术体系烟草首席专家,果树学“泰山学者”攀登计划团队骨干成员,山东农业大学农业大数据中心生物信息中心专家,山东农业大学“1512”第三层次人才。2008年在浙江大学获农学博士学位后到山东农业大学工作至今。期间,在山东农业大学生物学博士后研究,在韩国釜山大学计算机学院博士后研究。主持国家自然基金、山东省创新体系等项目10余项。发表SCI论文30余篇,授权专利10余项。

现主要从事烟草抗性培育与优质高

(一)生物信息学

生物大数据平台的构建及应用,植物分子标记的大规模开发,生物大数据的多组学分析,基于新一代测序技术的基因组学分析、比较基因组学分析、宏基因组学分析、转录组学分析。

(二)分子生物学

特异分子标记的开发,烟草指纹图谱的构建,烟草种质纯度鉴定,烟草抗性基因定位。

(三)烟草遗传育种

烟草种质资源研究,烟草特异性状的遗传分析,烟草诱变育种,分子标记辅助选择育种,现代育种与常规育种技术的联合应用。
